DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with supporting documents i.e pictures or video of the damaged product. We would try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please keep all receipt of payment as we would ask for this. Depending on the damage, we may issue out a replacement part/s, send out a completely new product to you or issue a refund when the said damaged/ defective product is returned to us.
OPENED OR USED ITEM:
We do not accept returns of used products or products that were opened.
If you purchased one of our products by mistake or simply changed your mind about a product, simply contact us at email@example.com The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. In addition, you will be solely responsible for the costs associated with shipping the unwanted merchandise back to us. Depending on the products returned, we may also charge 20% re-stocking fees.
NOTE: ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING OF UNWANTED ITEMS BACK TO US. REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 3-5 WORKING DAYS.
