Products sold by DEVIL PRESS includes all the machines, products, presses and any product (the “Products”) being sold by the Company. Using/Participating in any of these activities can be a high-risk activity. Use these Products at your own risk. You agree to consult with experts before using any of these Products. Read, understand, and follow specific warnings and instructions on Products and in the products Manual. Save these documents for reference.

Risk Assumption

By buying or using any of the DEVIL PRESS products indicates you understand that the use of these products can be of high risk, to the extent permitted by law, you expressly and voluntarily assume the risk of personal injury or any other mishap sustained while using these products whether or not caused by the negligence or other fault of Company including but not limited to Product malfunction from whatever cause, or any other fault of Company. Additionally, you agree to indemnify, defend and hold Company harmless from any third party claims arising from such High Risk Activities.

 

Before you allow others to use a Products you agree that (a) you will require that they read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions (b) you believe they understand that they are participating in a high-risk activity and assume the risk of any personal injury, and (c) you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Company harmless from any claims made by them arising from their use of Company Products.

Limited Liability

As set forth above Company's liability is limited to repair or replacement of its products which are returned to it prepaid in the specified period of time. In no event shall Company's liability exceed the value of the products sold. Swizzex Limited (Devil Press) or its Directors, Owners, Subsidiaries, Resellers or Successors  shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of any product sold through its websites, resellers, or otherwise, including but not limited to its retail showrooms. Applicable law may not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability of special or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to your purchase, but it is intended to be the maximum limitation as permitted by law.

Promotion or Discount on our website; certain products are not included when we run a sales on our website, these products includes the following; all Pre order/ made-to-order products, all Harvest Right Freeze Dryers, DP10 plus and all Commercial Rosin Press. Please be aware that promotions, sales, and discounts do not apply to our Upgrade Program. While we strive to provide exceptional value through various offers and promotions, the Upgrade Program operates under separate terms and pricing to ensure the best possible service and benefits for participants.
