Shipping Policy

Shipping of large Presses excluding the ones listed below  will be 5-8 Working days 

Shipping of S13 Smasher, DP250+, DS2000, all Cage Kits, DP40+, S11 Pro, S15, DP9 Mini,DP9 Pro Electric,Decarb Oil Infuser, DS2000+ , DS400, DP450M, S8 Mini, DP4000 Pro, DP300, DP10, DP15+, DP17, GROW LIGHT and  S10 will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. 

All Devil Dabs and Enails will be dispatched within 1-2 working days

Shipping of all accessories ( Rosin Bags, Molds, Parchment papers and Rosin Tools) are dispatched with 1-2 working days.  

All Commercial Presses are Built- to- order so we only make them on request, kindly email us for lead time.

Return & Exchange Policy

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Please send us an email at sales@devilpress.co.uk , alternatively you can also send us pictures and videos of damaged products on our Whatsapp number with supporting documents i.e pictures or video of the damaged product. you have 3 days from delivery to do so. We would try and resolve the issue as quickly as possible, please keep all receipt of payment as we would ask for this. Depending on the damage, we may issue out a replacement part/s, send out a completely new product to you or issue a refund when the said damaged/ defective product is returned to us. 

OPENED OR USED ITEM: 

We do not accept returns of used products or products that were opened.

 

CANCELLED ORDERS:

If you purchased one of our products by mistake or simply changed your mind about a product, simply contact us at sales@devilpress.co.uk The original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. customised products are non refundable, You have 14 days from delivery date return item to us in new un opened condition. Built- to- order products are non refundable, please make sure the product is suitable for your needs before placing an order. In addition, you will be solely responsible for the costs associated with shipping the unwanted merchandise back to us. Depending on the products returned, we may also charge 20% re-stocking fees.  

 

 

NOTE:  ALL RETURNS ARE REFUNDED  TO THE ORIGINAL METHOD OF PAYMENT. ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. YOU WILL SOLELY BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY SHIPPING OF UNWANTED ITEMS BACK TO US.  REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 3-5 WORKING DAYS.
